This unit speciﬁes the skills and knowledge required to safely operate a boom-type Elevating Work Platform (EWP) where the length of the boom is 11 metres or more in accordance with all relevant legislative requirements. Competence in this unit does not in itself result in a Risk Work Licence (HRWL) to operate this plant.

Upon successful completion of this course, participants will be eligible to be assessed for a National High Risk Licence.

Our TLILIC0005 Licence to Operate Elevated Work Platform Above 11m course is designed to provide participants with the necessary knowledge and skills to operate boom lifts with a capacity beyond 11m. Upon successful completion of this nationally-recognized course, participants will be trained and competent to operate boom lifts that exceed 11m in height. After Completion we will arrange a Safe Work Assessor to assess your skills so you can apply for the licence.

The course covers the safe and efficient operation of boom lifts, ensuring that participants are equipped to handle these elevated work platforms with confidence.

Unit of Competency: On successful completion of this course, students will be eligible for a Statement of Attainment (SOA) for: TLILIC0005 Licence to Operate Elevated Work Platform Greater than 11m
An SOA will be issued by Forklift Licensing and Training RTO 91548 within 30 days of completion of the course, provided all USI, fees and charges have been finalised. The units of competency listed above are current on the National Register of VET at the time of publication.
High risk work licence will be assessed by an accredited Safe Work NSW Assessor from Forklift Training & Licensing Pty Ltd RTO 91548.
This course does not involve any work placement arrangements, does not enable students to obtain a licensed or regulated outcome, and is not associated with any VET FEE-HELP, government funded subsidy or other financial support arrangements. Delivery Mode: 16 hours of training (2 days) Face to Face plus a third day for Safe Work NSW Assessment, Safework conditions for assessment : (must be 18 years old, have 100 points of ID and speak english)
